- Premix Product / Syrup: Designed for use of ready-mixed product / syrup usually packaged in 5 gallon bag-in-box. Ensure product consistency and alcohol dosing with use of premix products with up to 14% ABV (alcohol by volume). Eliminates need for water line to mix with syrup.
- Closed Sealed Pressurized System: Closed sealed system in conjunction with Bag-in-Box technology (BIB) – completely eliminates product preparation & daily/weekly disassembly for cleaning.
- Low Temperature Compressor: Highest capacity compressor on the market designed to handle the drink temperatures needed to freeze alcohol which improves performance & reliability.
